Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

 

Insero & Company strives for exceptional quality in our training programs.  Therefore, we offer team members a variety of courses that will help add significant value to your professional development and, ultimately, to our clients’ businesses. 

 

Our programs are selected from a variety of sources ranging from McGladrey & Pullen web conferences, self studies, AHI levels training, FAE, and the AICPA.  All in all, we have over 60 different classes that are offered.  Each department has their own custom designed training program to ensure consistent training is performed throughout your career at Insero & Company.

 

CPA License Assistance

 

Insero & Company recognizes that the skills and knowledge of our team members are critical to the success of our organization and through professional licensing we are committed to developing our team member’s job-related skills.

 

We provide time off to sit for the CPA exam as well as reimbursement for the total cost for one complete sitting of the exam, upon successful completion.  Team members also have the option to borrow the funds upfront from the firm to cover the total cost, rather then waiting to receive reimbursement after successful completion of the exams.

 

The firm also pays all fees required to maintain your CPA license and your AICPA annual membership. Employees of our firm and future employees who have accepted an offer to join our firm are eligible to participate in discounted CPA exam review materials through our firm’s membership in the RSM McGladrey Network. Discounts range from 15% to 50% for Becker CPA Review, Bisk, ExamMatrix, Kaplan CPA Review, and Yaeger CPA Review.

 

CPA Exam Bonus

 

Each Insero team member who successfully completes/passes all four parts of the CPA exam within the first 24 months of your start date working in public accounting will receive a $1,000 CPA Exam Bonus.  Eligible employees are new entry level hires as well as experienced hires that have less than 24 months of work experience in public accounting.
